Cheese and Chilly Toast


White Bread slice - 2 

Grated mozzarella cheese - 50 gm

Grated processed cheese - 10 gm

Red, Yellow and Green capsicum small diced - 50 gm

Green Chilies Chopped - 2 

Salt - A pinch

Black pepper powder - a pinch


1. Toast the bread slices on one side.

2. Make a mixture of cheese, diced colored capsicum and chopped chilly. Spread the mixture on the soft side of the bread slices.

3. Sprinkle salt and pepper and toast under the salamander till the cheese melts and turns golden brown.

4. Remove from the heat and trim the sides and cut into triangles.
