Cucumber and cheesy spinach canape

INGREDIENTS 

Cucumber - 1 whole with skin

Spinach - few leaves blanched and pureed to make a tablespoon of puree

Cream cheese - 50 gm

Cottage cheese - 50 gm

Salt to taste 

Black pepper crushed - a pinch

Paprika powder - 1/2 tsp 

METHOD

1. Wash and cut the Cucumber into thich slices.  Using a tea spoon remove few seeds from each of the slices to make a small dent. 

2. In a blender add cream cheese,  cottage cheese,  spinach puree,  salt and pepper and blend them for a fes seconds to a smooth green paate.  If its little watery add liitle more cheese and blend to a thick paste,. 

3. Using a piping bag squeeze out a teaspoon of paste on the Cucumber slices.  

4. Sprinkle with paprika powder and serve chilled.
