Melon and Feta Cheese Salad with Honey Cardamom Dressing


Honey dew melon peeled - 1 each

Watermelon peeled - 1

Feta cheese - 1 tbsp

Honey - 1tbsp

Green cardamom powder - a pinch

Lemon juice - 1/2 tsp

Salt - a pinch

Black pepper powder - a pinch

Lemon rind grated - a pinch

Lolorosso lettuce leaf - 1 

Fresh mint leaves - few


Scoop out the tiny balls from the sides of peeled melons. In case if you do not have scoop you can dice the melons into a 1/2  inch size.

Now make a dressing by mixing honey, cardamom powder, lemon juice, !emon rind, salt and pepper.

For the plating, use a crisp lolorosso letuce leaf and place it as a base on the plate. Mix the melon balls with the dressing in a clean bowl and transfer them to the plate on the lettuce leaf.

Crumble the feta cheese with the fingers and gently place the crumbled cheese on the melon balls.

Garnish with fresh mint leaves and serve chilled.
