Red Apple Slaw Salad

 

INGREDIENTS

Red Apple - 1 whole

Cabbage - few leaves

Carrot peeled - 1 small size

Bellpeppers - 1 small size of each red, yellow and green

Mayonnaise - 2 tbs 

Salt - a pinch

Black pepper powder - a pinch

Lemon juice - few drops

METHOD

  1. Wash and slice the apple, cut the cabbage and carrot into julienne. Cut the bell peppers into juliennes. 
  2. Take a mixing bowl and add the above ingredients. Add mayonnaise, salt, black pepper powder and lemon juice.
  3. Mix them gently and let the salad cool in the fridge for an hour.
  4. Garnish with fresh mint leaves and serve cold.
