Chocolate Gooey Cake

INGREDIENTS

Dark chocolate – 135 gm

Butter – 75 gm

Sugar - 75 gm

Eggs – 3

Flour – 10 gm

Vanilla essence – 5 ml

Castor sugar for garnish

METHOD

1.Melt butter in a pan. Remove the pan. Add chocolate and whisk till the chocolate melts.

2  Beat the eggs and sugar together till fluffy. Approx 5 mins.

3. Mix melted chocolate batter with  eggs and sugar mix and then add flour and vanilla essence.

4. Use either individual silicon cup sheet or aluminium cup or a baking mould. Butter the sides and dust some flour on the sides and then put the batter 3/4th of the rim. Bake at 180ºC for 5 to 6 minutes. Remove from the oven. Rest for 2 mins and demould.

5. Put the cake in the fridge. while serving dust with castor sugar on top and serve. 

.

5.Serve with choice of your ice cream.
