Stir Fry Nodle


Noodle boiled - 1 bowl

Oil - 1 tbsp

Onion sliced - use 1 small onion

Garlic chopped - 1 tsp

Ginger chopped - 1/2 tsp

Soy sauce light - 1 tsp

Red chilli paste - 1/2 tsp

Salt -  to taste

White pepper powder - 1/2 tsp

Cabbage cut into julienne - few leaves or quarter of a cabbage 

Pokchoy - few leaves roughly shredded

Bellpepper - 1/2 each of red,  green and yellow cut into julienne 

Carrot -  1 small size cut into julienne 

Spring onion chopped - 1 tbsp


1. Heat oil in a wok till smoking point.  Add sliced onion,  chopped garlic and ginger.  Stir for a while.  

2. Add the vegetables.  You can add other vegetables like mushrooms,  broccoli and baby corn to make it for healthy.  Add the light soy sauce and chilli paste and stir on high heat for a minute. 

3. Add the boiled noodles and stir for another minute. 

4. Serve hot garnished with spring onion.
